Who We Are?
Aldous Limited is a privately funded company. We were established to deliver software applications that allowed organizations to enhance their relationships with their customers, suppliers and partners. In 1995 we began our long association with the Telco industry by delivering sales and customer support applications to BellSouth, Clear Communications and Telecom New Zealand. By 2002 we had moved from providing customer management applications to a focus on solving the order capture issues faced by Telcos.
As we interacted with more and more Telcos it became obvious that there were no software applications focused on addressing the challenges that Telcos face in the Order Capture space. In today's environment of competition, deregulation and dramatically changing technologies addressing the "Order Capture" issue has become critical for all Telcos.

We developed Aldous to fill the functionality gap that exists between the traditional BSS and OSS applications that Telcos are deploying.
